Understanding Autism
We also run a six-week interactive course via Zoom, delivered by experts by experience. Each group is limited to 12 participants, supported by two family support advisors, ensuring a warm, supportive, and personal experience.
Each week focuses on a key topic:
- Week 1: Introductions, Autism & Co-occurring Conditions
- Week 2: Sensory Processing
- Week 3: Anxiety, Stimming & Masking
- Week 4: Education
- Week 5: Communication & Behaviour
- Week 6: Q&A – Ask Us Anything
These sessions are currently not funded, but we are proud to now offer them nationwide at a cost of £80 for the full course.
