Autism Over 55

Building Connection, Reducing Loneliness

Autism Over 55 is a small, welcoming social group delivered by The Autism Apprentice, designed specifically for autistic adults aged 55 and over. With group sizes limited to no more than 10 people, these sessions aim to build meaningful social connections in a calm, supportive setting.

The focus is on reducing loneliness, encouraging conversation, and creating a sense of community where everyone feels understood and valued - at their own pace, and in their own way.
