Applying for an Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment (EHCNA) can be a bit tricky, but you don’t have to go it alone. We’re here to offer friendly, expert support to guide you through each step of the EHCNA process.
Whether you’re just starting out or facing bumps along the way, like challenges during assessments or reviews, our team is ready to help.
We can help you figure out if an EHCNA is the right move for your child, walk you through the application, and support you in gathering the evidence needed to make a strong case to your local authority.
Once you get a draft EHCNA, we’ll sit down with you to review it and ensure it’s accurate, clear, and meets legal standards. We can help you spot any unclear or missing parts and suggest tweaks to ensure your child’s needs are fully covered.
We’re here to help you prepare for and navigate annual reviews, making sure your child’s needs are still being met and that any necessary changes to their support or placement are identified.
If you need to challenge a local authority decision, we can assist with the SEND Tribunal process. While we aren’t legal representatives, we have the lived experience to guide you in preparing your case and knowing what to expect.
Our mission is to support young autistic people and their families in Kent to improve their life outcomes.
