Advice clinics

We are currently holding clinics via Zoom (a free download) or telephone call.

Each appointment lasts for up to 45 minutes and our advice is tailored to your individual family circumstances.  We can support you both pre and post diagnosis, and our family support advisors have lived experience.  We are not medical professionals and always suggest you seek medical advice when you raise concerns, however, we pride ourselves in listening to your concerns without any judgement, the chances are, we have also been in your situation!

We can offer you support with (but not limited to):

  •  behaviours
  • anxiety
  • sleep difficulties
  • sensory processing difficulties
  • education, including school induced anxiety, Education Health Care Plans, and in some cases, supporting you during school based meetings (subject to our availability)
  • working with professionals
  • emotional support
  • diagnosis process
  • communication
  • isolation
  • food/diet difficulties
  • gender dysphoria
  • mental health difficulties
  • routines

Areas currently covered by grant funding, please contact us if your area is not listed.  We continually apply for grant funding and currently have an approximate 8 week waiting list (we have a private consultancy service for areas not covered by funding or for those who do not wish to wait)
